Drowners - A Button On Your Blouse
A few months back, SPIN premiered “Luv, Hold Me Down,” the first single from Drowners’ upcoming, self-titled debut album. Now, the New York foursome have shared another treasure from the LP, which is out January 28 via Frenchkiss Records. “A Button on Your Blouse,” a chiming, lyrically deft come-on. “Why don’t you just come around and undo another button on your blouse?” singer-guitarist Matt Hitt proposes. “These days, you know, I rarely leave the house and I hate the thought of you / I hate the thought of you missing out.”
